My Top 20 Lessons Learned in 2009!
Happy New Year!!
2009 was a wonderful year and I'm so looking forward to an amazing 2010!
Here are my top 20 lessons learned in 2009!
1) Waking up each day with an attitude of gratitude, makes for a wonderful day.
2) Our children really do grow up fast.
3) It's official; women are amazing.
4) Loyalty is a core value of your character.
5) Not everyone is on the same page and that's ok.
6) If you keep flippin the cards, you will find the aces! You just have to keep "flipping".
7) Sometimes is just feels great to have a good ol' cry.
8) Making time to enjoy and appreciate your spouse in front of your children creates a loving and pleasant home.
9) Teenagers' ears do not work properly.
10) When you settle, it creates mediocrity.
11) Peacocks are beautiful.
12) Life is short.
13) Having a pet is soothing for the spirit.
14) Failure is the stepping stone to success. It's the only way to learn how to become better.
15) Reminiscing creates smiles.
16) Scare your spouse, it's hilarious.
17) Surrounding yourself with positive, fun and driven people will move you closer to achieving your goals.
18) Laughing until you cry is great exercise. It improves your stomach muscles.
19) Print the pictures you take and create albums.
20) A girl's weekend is a MUST at least once a year.
